SLZ uses AI to remove the MEP (piping, electrical and mechanical) design bottleneck in semiconductor fabs, AI data centers and shipyards. ROUTi-AI generates 3D layouts and pipe routes directly from P&ID diagrams and checks clearance, clash and slope rules in the same engine, across seven disciplines. ROUTi-AR connects BIM designs to the physical jobsite with markerless AR digital twins for site instruction and quality checks. Both run fully on-premise for secure sites.
